All sessions are provided by our experienced Strength & Conditioning Staff. We ensure that the programs and progress of all athletes are catered to their developmental age and training experience. All Training Programs include aspects of movement preparation ("warm up"), injury prevention, speed/agility/quickness, plyometrics, power, strength, functional core training, and conditioning (based on the athlete's current season).
Multi-sport group training
Our most affordable option to train is back! Similar to our Summer Performance Training Program, Multi-Sport Training is here!
The Multi-Sport Group Training will run Monday's and Wednesday's 5-6 pm where you can train in a group of multi-sport athletes and work off a program designed to improve overall athleticism. Ages 11+ no experience necessary! Sessions will run on the dates and times provided, no make up sessions on account of the athlete will be permitted.

(3rd, 5th, 10th, 12th, 19th, 24th, 26th) CLOSED FAMILY DAY
Individual Training
These sessions are for 1-on-1 training with one of our coaches. The athlete will be lead through a performance assessment, goal setting, individualized programming (including and not limited to; movement preparation, speed-agility-quickness, plyometrics, power, strength, mobility, and conditioning), and post performance assessment. Each session is 60mins long, offered Monday-Friday, times are based on availability. We are happy to extend a 5% loyalty discount to returning individual athletes.
1-on-1
$50 + HST per 1 hour session. Minimum purchase of 12 sessions required. Ages 11+
Team Training
These sessions are custom built for any youth team of 10+ athletes. Prices vary based on program requirements.

Group Training
These sessions are for groups of athletes that would train together as either a small (2-5 athletes) or larger group (6-9 athletes). Missed sessions will be deducted, as the number of sessions are per group, not individual. Scheduling organization will be handled by the athlete group. The athletes will be lead through a performance assessment (if requested), general group programming (including and not limited to; movement preparation, speed-agility-quickness, plyometrics, power, strength, mobility, and conditioning), and post-performance assessment (if requested). Each session is 60mins long, offered Monday-Friday, times are based on availability. We are happy to extend a 5% loyalty discount to returning group athletes.

(2-5 People)
(Price is divided amongst all the athletes in the group).
$95 + HST per 1 hour session Minimum purchase of 12 sessions required.
LArge Group
(6-9 People)
$115 + HST per 1 hour session

CAMPS
Physical Education Class Training
These sessions are available to Phys-Ed classes as part of their fitness curriculum. Your class could come train and learn from our Performance Coaches in the Gryphon Performance Centre or we could come to visit you!
Enhancing physical activity education through sport
Improving the execution of physical education to local school boards, high schools and PE classes.
GPA coaches will conduct interactive and experiential sessions to enhance the knowledge on PE assessment programming and how to apply the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model to the existing curriculum.
Local PE and health classes can join GPA for a half or full day of interactive sessions with our GPA coaches.

Education Workshops
These sessions are available for sports coaches, teachers, or parents that want to learn more about Athletic Performance. Topics range from periodization, exercise technique, conditioning, speed, agility & quickness, recovery methods, nutrition for performance.

Performance Testing
Our GPA coaches will conduct a battery of tests chosen for sport competition level, relevance to sport performance, and previous training history. This testing will allow for the identification of key performance limiters.
